Meet Dr. Edith Jones-Poland
Dr. Edith Jones Poland is a dedicated physician and health coach who empowers women to make transformative lifestyle changes. Her wellness programs address key areas like pre-diabetes,  insulin resistance, heart health, mindfulness, stress management, and weight loss.

With over 20 years of clinical experience and specialized training from the University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine, Dr. Jones-Poland has learned from mentors such as Dr. Andrew Weil. Her coaching services operate outside the traditional patient-doctor framework, creating a supportive, non-clinical environment.

By combining medical expertise with health coaching, she provides diagnostic insight while focusing on prevention and lasting lifestyle transformations. Dr. Jones-Poland cultivates a safe space for women to embrace sustainable habit changes and pursue their dreams.
